Composer XE 2013 not installing in Visual Studio 2013

At one point in time w_fcompxe_novsshell_2013.1.119.exe would install in Visual Studio 2013, albeit with problems that required some files to be deleted (https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/topic/494680).  It now appears that this is prohibited.  Is there a way to make w_fcompxe_novsshell_2013.1.119.exe install with Visual Studio 2013?  I am moving to a new computer and would like to do this again.

On my old machine I have successfully installed Compose XE 2013 into Visual Studio 2013 as is shown below in the installed products list from VS2013:
