The installation fails because the installer cannot write to c:\program fies (x86)\intel\composer xe 2013 sp1\compileia32\libipgo.lib. Verify that you have access to that directory. When I inspect the properties of that fold, it is read-only, so I clear that, and clear it in the folders above all the way up to c:\program files (x86), and I still get the message.
