Check INCLUDE paths [IFPROT]

In a subroutine I use the SYSTEM-function. For that I had to "USE IFPROT".
When I try to compile the subroutine, I get the error #7002: Error in opening the compiled module file. Check INCLUDE paths. [IFPROT]
