Hello,
I have Intel Parallel Studio XE 2015 Fortran installed on a Windows computer. It works fine.
I have an active license. I downloaded the executable image to install Fortran 2016 from the registration center. I installed the Microsoft Windows SDK 8.1 successfully. (I have Visual Studio 2010 installed.) When I run the installation executable, a screen appears asking me to give permission to run the program. I have administrator rights on the computer. I give permission. A message box appears prompting me to enter the folder for the product package. I chose the default, leaving checked the box to remove temporary extracted files after installation. A box then appears indicating the files are being extracted. A splash screen for the compiler installation appears. A very tiny message box shows various files being accessed, and then the entire process dies. I have tried this quite a few times, always with the same results. I have checked my computer to verify it satifies requirements. It does.
Any suggestions?
